Our rates include all taxes.

Booking and cancellation policy

We will ask for your credit card number to guarantee your booking. No money will be taken in advance of your visit but payment will be required on arrival. Please let us know if you will be arriving late. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival. After this period you will be charged for the first night. The deposit you paid will not be refunded if you cancel your booking.

Group booking policy

Hotel

Located 40 minutes from Puy du Fou, Les Voyageurs hotel & restaurant is a 3-star establishment that can accommodate a group of up to 50 people. It is an independent hotel offering 2 different levels of comfort: superior for 1-2 people and deluxe for 3-4 people.

Bookings

A booking (half board or B&B) is only confirmed on receipt of the deposit, which is 25% of the total amount of the stay.

Cancellations

Group cancellation policy: if cancelled within 15 days of arrival, 100% of the booking amount will be charged; if cancelled between 15 days and 1 month of arrival, 50% will be charged; if cancelled more than 1 month before arrival, 25% will be charged. You will be charged for any participants who cancel within 48 hours of the arrival date. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be retained.

Complimentary stays & vouchers

One complimentary stay (for the driver) is offered for 30 paying guests and 2 complimentary stays (driver + guide) for 45 paying guests. Vouchers will only be accepted after all documents have been checked and signed off by the manager upon departure.

Restauration

Breakfast :from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

Lunches : from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.

Dinner : from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. (Possibility at 7 p.m. on request).

Late Arrival

In the event of late arrival (especially after the Cinéscénie du Puy du Fou, i.e. at 1.30 am), please contact us on the day for the entry door access code. The door is locked after 10 pm.
